I have been a customer of Low Buck Pool for over a decade. When I first started with them, it was a family business. They are honest and if they cannot do the job, they refer you to who can do it. I have had some pool businesses clean my vinyl pool and they are in and out in 10 minutes. Low Buck Pool does the full job and if your pool needs something, they ask if you want it and tell you how much it costs. They are knowledgeable and know what chemicals a vinyl pool can take and what chemicals work in other pools. I receive a report on my pool pump, pool filter, water, and the flow of water.
We’ve been using this pool company for about two months so far everything’s been going great. They have great communication skills and they seem to be very knowledgeable about the system we have. When I have concerns, I’m able to contact them right away and they do a great job communicating right away.
George, Jackie, and Luciano are all great to work with. They take time to explain things and are generally responsive to issues, although at times it can take a while. They are all very nice and it’s a pleasure to work with them!
